Descrizione del lavoroSandro ricerca un(a) Sales Supervisor per il corner di Firenze Rinascente (30h settimanali).In qualità di brand ambassador, il ruolo comprenderà le seguenti attività :Sviluppare il fatturato : accogliere i clienti e gestirne le esigenze, orientarli verso l’offerta dei prodotti, offrire consulenza, gestire la cassa e fidelizzare la clientelaFornire assistenza ai clienti anche dopo la vendita : modifiche, resi, reclamiContribuire allo sviluppo del cross-channel : accogliere i clienti, incentivare il cross-sellingContribuire allo sviluppo dell’immagine del brand nel punto venditaGESTIONE DEL PUNTO VENDITAMantenere unpunto vendita pulito e attraenteAttuare le linee guida di visual merchandisingGestire i prodotti nel magazzinoAprire e chiudere quotidianamente il punto venditaSotto la supervisione di un responsabile, assistere nella gestione amministrativaIl candidato (o la candidata) ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti :Almeno 3anni di esperienza nel settore del prêt-à-porter di alta gammaPassione per la moda e buona conoscenza del settore e delle sue tendenzeOttimo livello di customer serviceBuono standing e ottime capacità comunicative e relazionaliOttime capacità di lavorare in team e di problem solvingInformazioni aggiuntiveEntrare in SMCP prevede i seguenti benefit :Bonus mensili e stagionali, secondo le policy aziendaliSconti esclusivi per il personaleFormazione continuaBuoni pasto (dopo i primi 3 mesi)Creare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-18808-Ljbffr
