Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. - Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: - Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. - Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.). - Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: - Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals. - Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.
