Product Development Ensure that all assigned formulations and experiments are scientifically sound, repeatable, and aligned with quality and regulatory standards. Contribute to developing, reformulating, and improving products that meet performance, safety, and customer expectations. Guarantee compliance with internal test methods (ITMs), calibration procedures (ICMs), and corporate standards. Uphold strong laboratory data integrity and traceability in all formulations and tests. Technical Excellence Identify technical issues in formulations or processes and propose data‑driven solutions. Use analytical thinking and methodical approaches to interpret experimental data and guide project direction. Project Ownership Plan personal project timelines, adjusting activities based on feedback from the manager or group leader. Provide scientifically grounded recommendations and influence technical decisions through clear, data‑backed communication. Manage assigned development tasks efficiently while respecting deadlines, quality criteria, and laboratory priorities. Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment, strictly following safety procedures and regulations. Collaboration & Team Contribution Act as a technical resource for colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting collective problem‑solving.
