OverviewNABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts. NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti is seeking a highly motivated Academic Coordination Specialist to join its Academic Coordination Unit in Milan. The selected candidate will report to the Academic Coordination Supervisor and will play a key role in supporting students throughout their academic journey, contributing to a high-quality educational experience and overall student satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesTake care of student welcoming activities.Ensure help desk activities to support students (problem-solving, information, operational support for the preparation and management of forms, elaboration of study plans, exams).In collaboration with the Supervisor and with autonomy, provide support to faculty members (lecturers and Course Leaders) for all matters related to the planning and delivery of academic activities, including timetable and the organization of study trips.Assure the correct update of NABAgest and collection of data and documentation regarding external faculty contracts, in collaboration with HR, in compliance with guidelines defined by the Dean and HR dept.Actively work on the elaboration of courses timetables in collaboration with Academic Processes unit and Course Leaders, as well as the registration of all courses in NABAgest.Ensure “student
