We are currently looking for a Backend Engineering Team Manager in Italy.In this role, you will lead and mentor a backend engineering team within a modern, remote-first technology environment. Working closely with Product and Design, you will help turn strategic roadmaps into reliable, scalable solutions delivered iteratively with customer impact in mind.
