Position snapshot:
- Nestlé Waters Italy - S. Giorgio in Bosco Factory (PD)
- Fixed-term contract (1 year), full-time
- Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities
- At least 6 months’ experience in personnel administration, payroll or an HR generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Support the payroll process by ensuring the accurate collection, validation and submission of payroll-related information.
- Manage time and attendance, including anomalies, working hours, absences, holidays and other attendance records.
- Manage HR administration for hiring terminations, contract extensions, contractual changes, temporary agency workers and seasonal employees.
- Support training administration, including course assignment, employee assistance and reporting.
- Prepare labour cost forecasts, analyses and monitoring.
- Develop HR reports, indicators and data analyses to support the HR team and management.
- Manage employee access and authorization processes for the factory.
- Support the organization of factory events, including open days, school visits and the summer campus for employees’ children.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and partnerships with schools, technical institutes and local stakeholders.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, digitalization and automation.
- Contribute to dashboards, reports and digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and corporate HR platforms.
- Promote data quality, continuous improvement and a data-driven approach within the HR team.
- Knowledge of core HR administration processes and Italian labour law.
- Advanced Excel skills and good command of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Good analytical skills, accuracy, confidentiality, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong service orientation, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Digital curiosity and a proactive approach to developing simple, efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint or equivalent tools will be considered an advantage.
