Milan, Italy

Permanent Full Time

€35K–€38K based on experience

We are looking for a Learning Product & Course Design Manager to build and own the first scalable learning product engine for JETCV , one of ThinkFree’s core digital initiatives.

Our digital ecosystem is focused on verified skills, certified experiences and dynamic professional profiles, connecting individuals, schools, training organizations, institutions, companies and certification partners.

The role will be responsible for turning our Scalable Learning Methodology into concrete learning products and courses.

You will also actively contribute to design course and writing, working with subject-matter experts, trainers and internal teams to develop modules, slides, exercises, case studies, assessments and trainer-ready materials that can be delivered consistently and scaled across the JETCV ecosystem.

  • apply the JETCV Learning Methodology across Core → Applied → Strategic levels;
  • translate learning goals into observable capabilities and verifiable evidence;
  • design exercises, assessments, rubrics and certification criteria;
  • ensure every course is measurable, certifiable and consistent with JETCV standards.

Goal: turn learning into verified capability, not simple attendance.

3. Scalable Content Production

You will:

  • actively contribute to writing modules, slides, exercises, cases and assessments;
  • work with subject-matter experts and trainers to turn expertise into structured courses;
  • create reusable templates and modular content that can be adapted across customers;
  • use AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, drafting, adaptation and quality review.

Goal: create high-quality content that can be reused, maintained and scaled.

4. Trainer Enablement, Pilot & Continuous Improvement

You will:

  • create trainer kits, delivery guides and assessment instructions;
  • certifies trainers to deliver courses consistently and independently;
  • support pilots and collect feedback directly from learners, trainers and customers;
  • use learning and performance data to continuously improve the course portfolio.

Goal: make every course repeatable, measurable and better after every delivery.
