Social network you want to login/join with:Location: Milano, Italy (Hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office)Scope: Customer portals, enterprise system integrations, and IoT platform architectureThe Company:Our client is a leading manufactory company, offering a comprehensive range of products and services, strongly committed to innovation and sustainability.The Product Owner roleThis is a brand-new, strategically important role, created to lead the development and integration of digital solutions.This strategic role is part of our client's Research and Development team, focusing on advancing IoT functionalities and creating a unified digital journey for customers.The Product Owner will report directly to the Product Manager and collaborate closely with international peers across Europe.Key activities:Technical Leadership & Architecture:Define and own the technical roadmap, infrastructure, and architecture for the customer portal.Ensure seamless integration with ERP, PIM, DAM, authentication (SSO/IAM), and external APIs.Establish data flows, API strategies, and cloud-based architectures that enable high performance and security.Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security, following IT governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).IoT Integration & Data Management:Ensure that IoT-enabled products and services integrate seamlessly with the customer portal, providing a unified digital experience.Define data exchange standards, APIs, and connectivity between IoT devices, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.Align with IoT Product Manager and engineering teams to ensure a secure and efficient technical implementation.Ensure device authentication, firmware updates, and remote monitoring capabilities are fully integrated into the customer portal.Development & Execution:Oversee the technical execution of customer portal features, ensuring they meet business and IT requirements.Manage the technical backlog, ensuring prioritization based on feasibility, security, and business impact.Work closely with developers, solution architects, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient implementation.Implement best practices for API management, cloud services, and software security.Act as the technical liaison between Product Managers, IT, and external development teams.Ensure that vendors and partners deliver high-quality, technically compliant solutions.Provide technical feasibility assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Why this role represents a great opportunity:Drive Strategic Impact: Play a key role in shaping the company’s digital strategy, leading the integration of IoT solutions and customer platforms on a global scale.Achieve Career Growth: The high visibility of this position, with regular interaction across departments and international teams, provides a strong foundation for career progression and recognition within the company.Collaborate Internationally: Engage with multinational colleagues and stakeholders across Europe, ensuring cross-functional alignment and impactful decision-making.Enjoy the Best of Both Worlds: Experience the financial stability and structured processes of a multinational corporation while benefiting from the agility and innovation of a start-up-like IT environment.Are you a great fit for the role?5+ years in technical ownership, solution architecture, or software engineering.Experience working with API-driven integrations and data security and enterprise system integrations.Understanding of authentication (SSO, IAM) and cybersecurity best practices.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across IT, business, and vendors.Working proficiency in Italian and Fluent is a must.If you are ready to lead, innovate, and drive transformation in digital solutions, apply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
