We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleOur operations team is growing We’re looking for a commercially driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in London to continue to support the growing demands of the business during a period of rapid growth.The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for the status of all of our merchant data, ensuring we are extracting in a timely manner to deliver our daily KPI reports, find new opportunities to improve our data processes and support the other teams with any data requests.We’re looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of our merchant data, leading a team and developing their skills, with the ambition of being the go-to expert on all our merchant data queries.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team that’s responsible for ensuring reports are updated accurately and on time in accordance to business reporting requirementsSupport data engineering with our automated data extraction project, providing valuable insights into how different affiliate platforms workDocument and regularly review how to guides for navigating affiliate platformsSupport the extraction & upload of data from marketing and merchant systemsWork closely with commercial team to follow up on any data queriesMonitor daily data processes and alertsOngoing QA on the datasets and the reportsTake ownership of updating the wider business on the status of all merchant dataLiaise with business on issues, identifying the cause and finding a timely resolutionUse revenue data to identify and flag issues or opportunities for the businessHelp the operations team in our quest to automate tasks, setting the business up to scaleAbout You:Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow (and develop) processesExcellent Excel skills and knowledge of Google Products suite (especially Google Sheets)Experience in the i-Gaming industry with extensive knowledge of affiliate platformsEnthusiastic about identifying and solving problemsCommercial mindset with a strong understanding of the power of daily dataStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the businessYou thrive when working as part of a teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentAvailable for weekend work as part of a wider team rotaQuick learner when it comes to onboarding onto new data, automation & CMS systemsHave excellent written and verbal English skillsLast but not least, you’ll have no egoWhat You’ll GetCompany Bonus SchemePrivate Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
