Quality and Certification Engineer - Arduino, Turin, ItalyIn this role you ensure regulatory compliance for global markets by managing product certification processes and coordinating with external test labs. You will support ISO 9001 implementation and help map internal workflows to promote a culture of quality. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment to shape regulatory strategy and documentation. This is a mission-driven role at the intersection of hardware engineering and compliance, offering exposure to diverse markets and standards.flexible working locationssport or gym benefitseasonal celebrationsdrinks and snacks at the officeCoordinate global product certification processes (CE-RED, UKCA, FCC, ISED and other schemes)Plan and supervise test campaigns with external laboratories for RF, EMC, Safety and Chemical compliance (RoHS/REACH)Collaborate with Product Team and R&D to integrate compliance early in development and oversee regulatory submissionsInteract with certification bodies to monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on design and documentationSupport ISO 9001 mapping and procedures; contribute to internal audits and continuous improvementAssist R&D and Manufacturing in failure analysis using structured quality methodologies (8D)Promote Quality culture across the organization2+ years of experience with certification laboratories on regulatory compliance for low-voltage electronic devicesKnowledge of CE-RED, UKCA, FCC, ISED processesKnowledge of RF technologies and standards (Bluetooth, WiFi, UWB, LTE, LoRa, Thread, Matter)Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality system documentationFluency in English (written and spoken)Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsEmotional intelligence and adaptability in a multicultural environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
