Openjobmetis SpA, Divisione Permanent Placement, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore del commercio un* Legal ManagerIl candidato/ la candidata si occuperà di: tutelare gli interessi giuridici dell’azienda supportando la direzione nelle scelte strategiche; gestione della contrattualistica; verificare i contenuti degli atti; supportare le attività in ambito real estate; gestire la redazione di pareri in ambito civilistico, amministrativo e commerciale collaborando con gli studi legali esterni; gestire il contenzioso; gestire lo scadenziario legale; occupandosi anche dello scadenziario delle imposte di registro; tutelare la difesa del marcio aziendale.Si richiede: Laurea indirizzo giuridico; esperienza maturata nella mansione di legal manager, preferibilmente maturata nel settore Commercio, GDO, Retail; ottime doti organizzative; ottime competenze in ambito di diritto civile, amministrativo, commerciale e societario.Altre informazioniSi offre: contratto di assunzione diretta, commisurato alla pregressa esperienza del candidato.
