Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.We are looking for an Integration Manager accountable for all the integration activities and for the integration definition between legacy country system and the new insurance core system.Defines the integration strategy, focusing on reuse and standardizationSupervises the integration environments setup, to ensure a robust configuration for development and testing phases, even by using automated proceduresGathers and analyzes information to define project specifications and requirementsProvides support to the development team in translating the functional specifications and requirements into technical solutionsActs as an interface between business and technical teamsKeeps track of the architectural development with regards to the business requirements, and ensures in-synch development within the Program planGuarantees the software modules are testable at unit and integrated level, before they are ready for user acceptance testsIdentifies opportunities for technology refresh and decommissioning, infrastructure optimization, consolidation of the infrastructure architectureRequirementsExpertise in Integration Projects managementProven expertise in international program and project managementExpertise in the insurance domain (nice to have)Soft SkillsAbility to lead and to create trust and team spiritVery high attitude to team workingAble to manage sudden and frequent changes in the activities and prioritiesGenerali Operations Service Platform S.r.l.#J-18808-Ljbffr
