CIRFOOD è alla ricerca di una figura esperta da inserire all’interno della Direzione Sistemi Informativi e Digitali presso la sede centrale di Reggio Emilia. La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team General Application Service e si occuperà della gestione di progetti e attività operative in ambito SAP ERP, supportando diverse aree di business aziendali. Attività principali Analizzare i requisiti dei process owner e guidare le riunioni di raccolta e allineamento. Progettare, configurare e manutenere le soluzioni SAP ERP nei diversi moduli aziendali (FI/CO, MM, SD, ecc.). Seguire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti IT: analisi, implementazione, test, rilascio e supporto post go‑live. Interfacciarsi con team tecnici e partner esterni, coordinando le attività progettuali. Gestire e risolvere le segnalazioni degli utenti, proponendo miglioramenti continui ai processi. Redigere e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica e funzionale (manuali, process design, piani di test). Requisiti Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico/scientifico o esperienza equivalente. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza operativa su SAP ERP (in uno o più moduli principali). Capacità di condurre workshop e riunioni con i referenti di business e tradurre i requisiti in soluzioni funzionali. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Spiccate doti di problem solving, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in team. Nice to have Esperienza in contesti aziendali medio‑grandi o di consulenza. Conoscenza dei processi integrati tra SAP e altre piattaforme applicative.
