We are looking for a Radar System Engineer in the defense sector to join our consulting team and contribute expertise to all our projects.What is the challenge?As a Radar System Engineer you will:Define integration, verification, and validation requirements for radar systems.Design and implement radar system hardware and software.Conduct performance analysis and validation of radar systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate radar technologies into defense systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.RequirementsMaster’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of radar theory and technology.Knowledge of system architectures for short‑ and ultra‑short‑range air defence in land and naval domains.Theoretical and practical knowledge of the system engineering process.Excellent command of English.Other InformationHybrid work is permitted with 2 days of smart working.We OfferPermanent contract.Supplementary health care assistance "Fondo Est".Free access to more than 500 gyms throughout Italy.Periodic follow‑up with Business Managers.Beyond technical knowledge, we value personality.
