Your Mission Plan, implement, coordinate and supervise HSE activities within projects according to project complexity, scope, contractual requirements and applicable laws and regulations. Support company HSE functions such as bidding preparation, management system maintenance, training and performance improvement initiatives. Lead and influence coworkers and project teams—including suppliers and subcontractors—to act safely and promote a safety‑behavioural culture. Your Tasks in Detail Define the project HSE management strategy and activities throughout the project life‑cycle, from proposal to completion. Assist company functions and project teams in dealing with clients on Health, Safety and Environment matters. Ensure that all project‑level HSE activities comply with laws, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with manufacturer HSE teams to ensure compliance with company policy and project requirements, and liaise with operation teams and local offices to embed HSE culture and methodologies. Guarantee vessel operations comply with ISM Code rules, SOLAS and MARPOL. Assist the project team in Risk Management processes (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP). Facilitate accident/incident investigations, analyse accident statistics, identify trends and propose improvement plans at project and company levels. Conduct internal and external HSE audits during pre‑qualification and project phases. Develop and carry out project safety training programmes and promote a safety‑behavioural culture within the organization and among suppliers and subcontractors. Support the development, implementation, update, review and audit of the Company HSE Management System at the project level. Lead the planning, collection, management and analysis of HSE indicators. You are the right fit if you have/are At least 3 years of HSE Management experience within an EPCI environment (onshore and offshore construction, installation and vessel operation). Manufacturer or production experience is a plus. A technical degree in engineering. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standards, experience maintaining HSE Management Systems and auditing. Lead auditor qualification is a plus. Strong leadership, teamwork, people‑management and influencing skills. Analytical, problem‑solving mindset. Proficient PC literacy. Proficient in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Experience in international and multicultural environments. Familiarity with HAZOP and HAZID methodologies.
