Heres to exploring kickstarting your dream career and joining us on your journeyLEISURE & RESERVATION TRAINEEAssisting Leisure & Resa Team in all ADMIN tasksMain ResponsibilitiesSupport the Leisure Sales and Reservations teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.Assist in compiling reports updating CRM records and managing rate loading.Help prepare proposals confirmations and contracts for FIT and agency bookings.Coordinate documentation for consortia submissions and promotional material.Track incoming requests and help manage the shared inbox or lead distribution.Shadow sales calls or reservation procedures as part of training development.GROUP SALES TRAINEEMain ResponsibilitiesAssist the Group Reactive team with day-to-day administrative tasks.Help with RFP tracking lead distribution and follow‑up reminders.Support in creating proposals presentations and marketing collateral.Shadow sales calls site inspections and internal meetings to understand sales processes.Provide support in organizing files contracts and reporting dashboardsWEDDINGS & SOCIAL EVENTS TRAINEEMain ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert small & medium leads for weddings and social events (Birthday).Manage administrative tasks including contracts deposits and supplier communications.Assist in organizing the details of weddings and social events (timelines BEOs menus floor plans).Support clients with logistical needs and questions pre-arrival.Provide on-site support during events ensuring client expectations are met.Liaise with external suppliers (florists entertainment decorators) to ensure alignment with client vision and resort standards.Create and distribute accurate and timely documentation (function sheets rooming lists agendas).Assist in gathering feedback and managing post-event tasks like billing and lost & found.To be considered for an internship you must be a current college or university student.
