Main activities Gestire attività promozionali a supporto delle vendite in negozio; Supportare il team in tutte le attività di marketing e comunicazione relative al prodotto; Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team Go-To-Market (GTM) relativamente alle iniziative di marketing definendone gli appropriati canali di comunicazione; Analizzare i competitors in termini di pricing, costing, modalità di vendita dei prodotti, campagne vendita nonché modalità di distribuzione; Supportare la gestione della customer experience (on-line e in-store); Supportare il team di comunicazione/e-commerce nella definizione dei contenuti digitali e PR per aumentare l'awareness del brand; Contattare i fornitori durante il processo di sviluppo e configurazione del prodotto; Gestire lo sviluppo e la produzione di cofanetti regalo e GWP (Gift With Purchase – omaggi con acquisto) ed il lancio dei pack natalizi. Requirements Fondamentali/Must have Laurea triennale o magistrale in Marketing, Comunicazione, Pubblicità o discipline affini; Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata nel ruolo (costituisce un plus l’esperienza maturata in contesti aziendali del Beauty, Fashion & Luxury); Forte passione per il brand marketing, capacità organizzative, comunicative, collaborative nonché di creatività, innovazione e propensione all’analisi; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese ed ottime abilità informatiche nell'utilizzo di Office (Excel, PowePoint, Word) e Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Preferenziali/Nice to have Residenza/Domicilio auspicabile a Firenze; Conoscenza della lingua francese.
