If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us What you’ll doTranslate project scopes and timelines into actionable resource demands, orchestrating the allocation of talent across the portfolio to maximize utilization and delivery success. Lead weekly synchronization meetings with Practice Leads, Delivery, and HR to balance operational needs with financial targets and guarantee sustainable resourcing. Proactively identify staffing bottlenecks and capacity gaps early in the lifecycle, developing strategies to prevent project delays or budget overruns. Act as the primary owner for external consultants and suppliers, managing the full cycle from negotiation and order placement to final invoicing. Maintain accurate annual cost estimates based on team composition, strictly monitoring external labor costs and T&L (Travel & Living) expenses. Oversee weekly timesheet compliance to ensure data accuracy for billing, reporting, and financial tracking.What you’ll need6+ years of experience in Resource/Staffing Management, PMO / Project Management, or Operations, A proven track record of managing costs and expenditure tracking, within an international environment and across multiple departments Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Azure, and SAP ByD. Familiarity with SecDevOps procedures is a plus. Executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate resource strategies to top management and clients. Strong negotiation capabilities and the assertiveness to manage conflicting priorities effectively. Fluent English is required (B2+ level or higher), both spoken and written.What’s nice to haveExperience working within a SaaS or Software Implementation environment. Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce, Mavenlink).
