And that's where you come in.Pessano Con Bornago, Italy (Hybrid)ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test and document correct moderately complex systems from supplied specifications, using agreed standards and toolsConduct reviews of supplied specifications, with others as requestedContribution to the software architectural designSoftware maintenance of existing productsAssist the Work Package Leader to produce quality metrics to measure the soundness of the Software processesSkills and ExperienceDegree in Software Engineering or equivalentGood communication and inter-personal skillsKnowledge of C, C++, OOP, WebServices, XML, UMLOS LinuxDevelopment Environment QtEnglish proficiencyAgile/ScrumOS Windows and/or Real Time Operating SystemsConfiguration Control: Git, Subversion (SVN)Embedded SystemsRelational and Hierarchical Databases like MS SQL, MySQL, SQL LiteContinuous integration/automated Test Tools: Jenkins, Squish, ecc.Flexibility to travel and work at other locations is essentialThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
