Overview As the Systems Development Engineer for a new team pioneering automated build and deployment of Windows based services, you will adopt a code-first and hands‑off CI/CD approach to drive operational excellence and cross‑environment parity. This role involves building Ansible based Infrastructure as Code as well as custom integrations with existing and new Windows services. Key Job Responsibilities Build and maintain Ansible based Infrastructure as Code for Windows services. Integrate custom solutions with existing Windows services to support automated build and deployment pipelines. Adopt a code‑first approach to drive operational excellence and ensure cross‑environment parity. Collaborate with a dynamic team to design, build, own, and run services in a high‑growth environment. Design and build tools and utilities that are part of the AWS fleet running internal services. Basic Qualifications Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems). Professional software development experience (non‑internship). Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling). Hands‑on experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and systems engineering. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ansible (preferred), PowerShell, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Why AWS?
