This is more than a job—it’s a chance to amplify your impact as a strategic partner, not just for HR, but for the entire organization.Your role at a glanceAct as a trusted talent partner, not just a recruiterDrive the full recruitment process: sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboardingCollaborate closely with HRBP and Managers to understand needs and deliver resultsIdentify, attract, and secure top talent for our sales networksProvide actionable feedback and guidance to stakeholdersEnsure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new hiresContinuously elevate the effectiveness of our HR processesWhat skills are we looking for?3-6 years of previous experience, ideally within Recruitment services or corporate Talent Acquisition teamsStrong expertise in recruitment, with a proven ability to proactively hunt and secure top talent using advanced sourcing tools and techniquesDemonstrated experience in building and scaling high‑performing sales teams is requiredExperience working in international and multicultural environmentsFamiliarity with Workday is considered a plusBachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related fieldFluency in English (C1 level or above)Proven understanding of what it means to support and guide an organization through change management processesSkills are important, but they are not enough.
