Per azienda cliente attiva nella produzione di componenti elettronici siamo alla ricerca di un Manufacturing Engineer.In qualità di Ingegnere di Produzione, avrai un ruolo chiave nel promuovere il miglioramento continuo, analizzando i processi produttivi, risolvendo problematiche tecniche e supportando il team di produzione per migliorare l'efficienza, ridurre i tempi di inattività e garantire una qualità del prodotto costante. Questa posizione è basata nella provincia sud di Verona e riporta direttamente al Responsabile dell’Ingegneria di Produzione. Responsabilità principali: • Collaborare con i team di produzione e operativi per identificare e risolvere problemi di processo, minimizzando i tempi di fermo macchina. • Analizzare errori e deviazioni nei processi produttivi e implementare soluzioni efficaci per risolverli. • Redigere report tecnici, aggiornare le istruzioni operative e la documentazione tecnica. • Assicurare la conformità agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e normativi. • Comunicare alla direzione le opportunità di miglioramento e supportare la loro implementazione. • Mantenersi aggiornato sulle nuove tecnologie per migliorare i processi produttivi. • Supportare l’Ufficio Acquisti nell’analisi tecnica delle proposte dei fornitori e contribuire alle decisioni finali. Requisiti richiesti: • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica, Meccatronica o ambiti affini. • Oltre 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile in ambito ingegneria di produzione. • Preferibile esperienza in un’azienda di produzione elettronica. • Comprensione dei sistemi PLC (Programmable Logic Control) è considerata un plus. • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata. • Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo e problem solving. • Attenzione ai dettagli e buone capacità organizzative, con attitudine a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e multiculturali. • Mentalità aperta e proattività nel proporre nuove idee e soluzioni per migliorare i processi Orari: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì Benefit: Smart Working
