We have a rich history of engineering innovation, from the first market-ready technology for high-voltage busbars in 2012 to the first factory specialized in busbar manufacturing with high expandable capacity and high-tech capabilities.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global Industrial Planner (m/f/d)ResponsibilitiesDevelop Value Stream Designs and Plant Layout GuidelinesSupport long-term manufacturing planning for global operationsHelp with capacity and demand planningIdentify and track investment needs for equipment, tools, and infrastructureLead and support key Industrial Engineering projects (e.g., localization projects)QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related fieldKnowledge of factory layouts and value stream designExperience in a global organization in a role with interfaces to global and local functionsExperience in management of cross-functional projectsGood English skills (other languages are a plus)
