The role designed for you: As our Customer Service Executive Benelux, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our sales operations across the Benelux region. You will act as the primary internal point of contact for an assigned customer base, handling enquiries, quotations, sampling requests, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and other customer service activities. Working closely with Sales and collaborating with Logistics, Transport, Production, Finance, Marketing and the Fedrigoni France organization, you will ensure effective order management and a seamless service throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day needs of Benelux customers, including enquiries, quotations, sampling, order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and issue resolution
Building strong relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders
Working closely with Sales to support commercial activities and contribute to business and service objectives
Coordinating with Logistics teams and transport providers to ensure reliable deliveries and proactively manage potential delays or service disruptions
Keeping customers informed through timely, clear and professional communication
Collaborating with Production, Technical, IT, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience
