Overview Regulatory & Energy Markets Managers svolgono un ruolo chiave nei mercati in cui Energy Pool opera definendo continuamente gli ambiti di sviluppo del business e quindi la crescita dellazienda nel paese di riferimento. La posizione in oggetto sarà responsabile del mercato italiano e riporterà direttamente al Country Manager Italia; inoltre lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Business Line Flexibility Energy Market e con il Dipartimento Affari Regolatori della sede centrale di Bourget-du Lac in Francia. Responsabilità Svolgere un ruolo attivo nella comprensione, definizione, monitoraggio, evolutivo e valutazione del rischio del nuovo quadro normativo italiano per i mercati dell'energia e della flessibilità (TIDE) così come di altre norme e meccanismi strettamente collegate alle diverse business lines di Energy Pool (MACSE Capacity, FERX, Z DR etc.) al fine di massimizzare il valore della flessibilità degli asset (BESS, PV, CHP, Demand) dei propri clienti; Essere l’interfaccia di Energy Pool Italia con TERNA, ARERA e tutte le autorità competenti, partecipando ad eventi e attività di consultazione delle diverse associazioni di settore e svolgere laddove necessario attività di lobby come referente istituzionale di Energy Pool Italia per allineare il quadro normativo alla proposta di Energy Pool. Lavorare insieme al Country Manager all’implementazione e monitoraggio della strategia a medio-lungo termine di Energy Pool Italia nella strutturazione del portfolio assets. Supportare le diverse business lines locali e i gruppi di supporto della sede centrale nella fase esecutiva di sviluppo IT e NOC definizione della marketing offering value proposition accordi commerciali e durante il monitoraggio dei contratti per il mercato italiano. Gestire tutte le procedure amministrative e tecniche necessarie ad Energy Pool per operare sul mercato dell’energia e flessibilità in Italia come aggregatore BRP/BSP utilizzando risorse interne e/o esterne. Qualifiche Competenza (normativa e operativa) nei mercati dell'energia in Italia. Propensione all’imprenditorialità: esperienza nell’avvio di un’attività complessa e sofisticata in un nuovo paese per la Casa Madre. Eccellenti doti di presentazione, comunicazione e capacità di avere un impatto ad alto livello manageriale (governo, agenzie governative, autorità di regolamentazione, clienti industriali ecc.). Leadership, autonomia, curiosità, autodeterminazione. Rigoroso organizzato e orientato ai risultati. Adattabilità in un ambiente complesso e in continua evoluzione e a lavorare rapidamente e sotto pressione.
