Project Manager – North ItalyBD (Tissuemed Ltd) – BD Rowa Italy Srl – Milan, Via Enrico Cialdini, Italy.Job OverviewBD Rowa Italy Srl seeks a highly motivated Project Manager responsible for planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and on time. The role focuses on implementing automated solutions for the Italian market, particularly the production and installation of Rowa robotic warehouses.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.Report and, as needed, escape to management, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.Conduct post‑project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa’s products and services to guide project implementation.Qualifications / About YouBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience in the successful delivery of complex projects.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus.Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Salary Range€32,600.00 – €52,175.00 EUR AnnualSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesMedical Equipment ManufacturingEqual Employment OpportunityBecton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
