Event Officer

We are looking for a motivated young professional to join us as a V.I.E. event management specialist. The position will be based at Palazzo Mezzanotte, Euronext’s headquarters in Milan, and will start on 1 January . You will be primarily responsible for: Assisting in the day-to-day operational management of the congress centre, ensuring the highest quality of service for clients and partners Supporting the development of innovative business ideas and event concepts to expand the range of services offered Contributing to the sales and promotion of event spaces and related services Participating in the definition and implementation of commercial and marketing strategies, in coordination with the management team Conducting market research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities Collaborating with different departments (events, communication, administration) to ensure smooth and efficient operations Supporting budget, revenue and cost analysis Your profile: Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development Creativity, initiative and team spirit Fluent in Italian and English Passion for the events, communication and hospitality sectors Working with us means: Gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and internationally recognised congress centre Contributing to the growth and visibility of a prestigious venue hosting a wide range of high-profile events Apply by submitting a CV in English.
