The Group is owned by Permira Funds and the founding families Schustermann and Borenstein.We are looking for a (Senior) Pricing Analyst to join the BESTSECRET team, ensuring that we always offer our customers attractive prices while realizing healthy margins. This is a permanent role on a full-time basis with remote working as an option.ResponsibilitiesWeekly coordination of short and medium-term pricing activities depending on the current market situation with stakeholders from other teamsDifferentiation of the price strategy per category and country based on individual challengesEnsure an efficient and secure operational process to change thousands of prices every weekAnalyze the pricing strategies of our main competitors and define our pricing strategy to balance competitiveness and profitabilityAnalyze and understand price elasticity levers to proactively use the insights in price controlQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in B2C fashion pricing, ideally in an e-commerce environmentExcellent analytical skills (general maths, forecasting, simulation, optimization) combined with business understandingIn-depth knowledge to analyze big datasets (e.g. with PowerBI, SQL)Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the companyHigh proactivity, independence, and ability to get things done in a large organizationEffective communicator - able to communicate messages clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences including senior managementFluent written and spoken business EnglishAt BESTSECRET, diversity isn\'t just a trend – it\'s our professional philosophy.
