In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead product strategy and drive the entire lifecycle of nature data and sustainability products. By working within a fast-growing remote team, you will play a crucial part in expanding operations and transitioning from pilot projects to full commercialization. Accountabilities Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development from ideation to release. Break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable product solutions. Use nature and business insights to inform long-term strategy and short-term decision-making. Apply analytical thinking to evaluate data, ensure accuracy, and support data-driven product decisions. Understand user needs and personas to inform product direction and prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, scientific, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality features. Work closely with design to support intuitive and effective user experiences. Operate autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting to evolving business needs. Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and high performance within a remote organisation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a related scientific discipline. At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space. Experience working in fast-paced environments. Strategic and analytical thinking skills with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to apply data-driven insights in product decision making.
