IMI Remosa, a long‑established leader in the petrochemical sector and part of IMI Group, specializes in the design and manufacturing of valves, actuators and hydraulic control systems for refinery and petrochemical plants. As part of our strategic expansion, we are now developing and industrialising electrolyzer technologies for green hydrogen production.The position is based at our engineering manufacturing site Uta (Cagliari, Sardinia).Role OverviewProject Manager will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring technical alignment, budget, schedule control and smooth coordination among internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring, closureLead multidisciplinary teams – engineering, procurement, production, quality, serviceDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessmentsEnsure project deliverables comply with technical specifications, quality standards, customer requirementsCoordinate with clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders on technical project mattersOversee documentation, reporting, communication channelsIdentify and mitigate project risks, implement corrective actions when neededSupport commissioning start‑up activities of electrolysis systemsInternational travel may be requiredEnsure adherence to company procedures and international standardsTechnical RequirementsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or related fields)5+ years of experience in project management within industrial plants and EPC environments, complex engineered systemsStrong understanding of engineering processes, preferably in petrochemical, energy or hydrogen technologiesFamiliarity with project management methodologies/tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)Ability to read technical documents (P&ID, datasheets, specifications)Fluency in English (written and spoken)Soft SkillsStrong leadership, team coordination capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNegotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesAnalytical thinking and structured problem‑solvingAbility to manage priorities and work under pressureHigh sense of ownership, quality, safetyNice to HaveExperience in highly engineered productsKnowledge of ATEX, IEC/ISO standards and industrial safety frameworksPrior experience with hydrogen electrolysis and energy transition projectsPMP®, PRINCE2® or equivalent certificationsWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead high‑impact projects in the hydrogen electrolysis sectorKey role in a dynamic, innovative environment within a solid global groupContinuous professional development and exposure to international stakeholdersWork location in Sardinia with cutting‑edge engineering manufacturing facilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
