With a network of over 1,500 service centres worldwide, we deliver maintenance and support that guarantees performance and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage the technical assistance service for clients, workshops and dealers.Assure analysis and evaluation of client/workshop and client/product reports.Provide continuous support to workshops regarding operational issues (e.g., urgent replacement procurement, defective products, complaints).Ensure compliance with garage processes: warranty, OTS or technical recall, 24/7, Service Contracts.Handle out‑of‑warranty interventions: technical analysis, intervention modalities, cost analysis.Manage quality product procedures: quality trend, reporting, problem analysis, reports between workshops and HQ.Ensure adequate training of workshop personnel, participate in assessment of technical competencies and formulate a training plan.Ensure workshop equipment and instrumentation level adequate to policies; provide technical support for vehicle issues, support customers needing contact HQ, manage customer complaints and satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in heavy vehicle repair, including mechanical knowledge and manual skills.Workflow workshop management, customer contacts, problem solving.Electronic diagnostics capability, basic software usage (Windows, Excel, etc.).Familiarity with warranty management, customer complaints, technical recalls.Previous experience as workshop manager.Good English language knowledge.Leadership and excellent teamwork.Dynamic, proactive, problem solving, attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills.Other InformationLocation: Centre – South Italy; Headquarters of Pero for monthly meetings.Availability for national travel and training abroad (Lyon, France).Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAutomotiveApply now to join our dynamic team and advance your career in an industry leader#J-18808-Ljbffr
