The position reports directly to the delivery lead and is part of a Scrum team.DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled SW Test Specialist to support end‑to‑end testing, automation, and quality assurance across software and embedded systems.ResponsibilitiesEnd to End ownership of Project Deliverables (Part of Scrum team)BASIC on developing and debugging C# / Python scripts for automationKnowledge of software quality attributes and end‑to‑end system testingCollaborate with project SI and Scrum Team on defect leakage and project planningAdvocate Agile methodologiesPerform requirement engineeringReview test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements with the project teamDesign and develop test cases for NUD and specific featuresMentor and review the work of junior team membersTriage defects and classify them to the appropriate moduleFollow the testing process and ensure compliancePrepare/update the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or project completionUnderstand software unit testingPlan and coordinate test execution based on project priorityCreate test plans for each software releaseApplication Of Technical ToolsExpertise in CLM and JiraConfigure ATE (NI, ETAS)Manage burn‑down charts and close story & taskTechnical Mentoring And Coaching / DevelopmentDevelop system domain expertiseTrain on test design techniques – ISTQBISTQB Agile certificationKnowledge ManagementProficient in a test automation toolCertified professional in test automation development tools (e.g., ETAS, NI, DSpace, ISTQB)Strong in C# scriptingTrained in AgileExposure to IoT, WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)Proficient in product life‑cycle processesApply new physics to solve new problems using programming, scripts, and solversTechnical understanding of full system/simulation type/load case/product attributes across product categoriesApply basic OPEX/Lean tools and techniques with critical thinkingRequired SkillsB.E. in Electronics Engineering, E&TC, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or a related areaProficiency in C and PythonAbility to read datasheets and software/hardware reference documents, set up embedded environments, and debug hardware issues without supervisionFluent English2+ years of professional software engineering experience covering the full software development life cycle, including requirements specifications, design guidelines, coding standards, code reviews, source code control, build systems, testing, release engineering, and field supportKnowledgeable in Test‑Driven Development (TDD)Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Quality AssuranceReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Albelissa Engineering, IT & Digital Solutions by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
