We invite you to be part of our story.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesAssists in the preparation of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipesSupports bartenders in serving drinks to guests efficiently and professionallyMaintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstationsAssists with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of bar suppliesEnsures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulationsHelps in preparing garnishes, ice, and other bar components as requiredParticipates in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetingsSupports smooth bar operations during high‑volume service, events, and banquetsMaintains a positive, professional, and guest‑focused attitude at all timesPerforms any additional duties assigned by the Bartender, Bar Manager, or Hotel ManagementCore CompetenciesFluent in English and Italian is required. Must communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with guests and colleaguesPrevious experience in a bar, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is preferredBasic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipmentAble to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environmentStrong hands‑on mentality and willingness to learnFlexible with scheduling to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and eventsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficientlyMaintains high standards of hygiene, appearance, and professional conductPositive, approachable, and cooperative demeanor with colleagues and guestsMust hold the required authorization to work in a European countryWe are very much looking forward to your application.
