It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Retail Manager in executing strategic operations plan;Being in charge of the Area P&L;Manage the Store Manager’s team in collaboration with Cluster Managers;Ensure Venchi/our Service Model standards of customer experience;Drive trainings for the whole staff as motivator and guide;Monitor boutiques KPIs and performances in order to reach company results;Ensure the execution of visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines;Optimize and monitor Cluster calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management);Ensuring that furniture is properly maintained;Promote smart initiatives to improve practical solutions and fill possible gaps;Manage the recruitment process in collaboration with Cluster Managers.The Ideal Candidate8 years of Retail management;8 years of People Management at least;A former international experience will be considered a plus;Result oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines with a hands‑on approach;Strong relation, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance;Problem solving and decision‑making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamwork;Ability to create and develop data‑driven business strategies;International mindset, fluent in Italian and English;Positive, flexible…and obviously a chocolate and gelato loverWhat We OfferCelebration of success: on top of the fixed salary, we offer a competitive variable side up to 30% of the salary and benefits package;Inspiring Work Environment: You'll work in a friendly environment where you can learn, experiment, and grow every day.
