It is crucial to ensuring a high NPS and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. You will collaborate with the team to create an outstanding experience for our community by:Resolving community requests promptly via the ticketing toolEnsuring everything is ready for family’s arrival and having a hands on approach during turnover weeksEnsuring families have an outstanding experience in each touchpoint of the journeyDeveloping relationships with families and understand their needs and interestsGather feedback and identify opportunities through interaction with familiesAssist new families in integrating into the communityCommunicate upcoming activities to maximise participationManage content for the internal UGC channel to Build the brand in social networksEnsure seamless information flow within the teamCoordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless handover during arrivalParticipate in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessionsBook services upon families’ requestsPartner with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media during opening times of new locationsStrong collaboration with the Experience Curator.Accounting & Administrative Tasks:Record and reconcile daily expenses and vendor invoices in alignment with company procedures.Provide general support for location-level financial documentation and reporting as needed.Manage basic documentation, data entry, and filing to support day-to-day operational workflows.Handle routine correspondence, scheduling, and internal communication tasks to ensure smooth administrative functioning, as needed, to support the local operation.You will be responsible for:Keeping the Welcome Guide updatedMaintaining and updating EC/OPS brochures and emergency manuals.Ensuring the location’s Google Map and inventory are current.Creating and managing groups based on shared interestsEnabling families to take on an active role in community building by making key introductions, supporting families in planning and organizing activities led by themIdentify opportunities for community bonding by understanding family’s profiles and interests in advance of their arrivalSuccess metric: NPS, number of community-led activitiesWhat’s in it for youThe world is your oyster – immerse yourself in inspiring destinations while you workMeaningful impact – create environments where children and families thrive togetherExperience curation – design authentic cultural moments that become lifelong memoriesCommunity building – foster deep bonds between global families and enable childhood friendships across bordersWork-life integration – structured schedules with time to explore and rechargeFamily benefits - Enjoy discounted tuition for your children at our Boundless SchoolTake a look at our policies and benefits hereAbout youLive in Pistoia or close to the area in order to commute dailyMinimum 2 years experience within a Guest Relations/Customer Experience or Community Building role within a hospitality settingFluency in English and ItalianExcellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skillsGreat organisational skills to manage the volume of customer requests received, and to manage, update, and maintain operational documentsExperience in managing 3rd party vendorsEnjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environmentEnthusiasm: exhibits passion and excitement over work.
