Permanent Staffing, a division of Staff S.P.A., is looking for a SHIFT MANAGER for a well-known Italian restaurant chain, for a NEW OPENING of a Quick Service Restaurant (scheduled for the end of August) located in UDINE. ? What will you do?- Coordinate the team during the shift, organizing activities between different stations and ensuring continuity, rhythm, and quality of service;
- Work on the front line with the team, operationally supporting front-of-house, kitchen, cash register, and bar activities;
- Manage workflows and service peaks, intervening in real-time to ensure speed and efficiency;
- Contribute to the operational management of the store (shift planning, orders, product and stock management);
- Previous experience as Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or a position of responsibility in catering (preferably commercial / fast food / QSR);
- Ability to coordinate a team and work towards objectives in dynamic and high-paced environments;
