We are a leading global real estate services firm, with a strong Project & Development Services (PDS) platform and over 20 years of experience in Italy delivering successful refurbishment, fit-out and development projects across office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors. We are now looking for a Project Manager – Building Refurbishment to join our growing PDS team. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from design and tender through construction and handover, acting as a key interface between clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders. If you bring solid project management experience, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.Job DescriptionKey responsibilitiesDefine the project brief, setting time, cost, design and quality objectives;Manage key stakeholders and support the development of project budgets;Select, appoint and coordinate project consultants and contractors;Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to identify risks and opportunities;Lead RFP and procurement processes for key suppliers;Coordinate statutory process with relevant authorities;Prepare and manage tender documentation;Negotiate and manage consultants and contractor contracts;Identify and resolve potential design, construction and contractual issues;Monitor project budgets, schedules and contractor payments;Manage client-direct works and variations;Collaborate with Asset management and Leasing teams to define the project and support leasing strategies;Oversee snagging and close-out during the Defects Liability Period;Monitor the flow of information throughout the design and execution process among all parties involved — including investors, consultants, architects and construction groups — ensuring alignment and transparency;Prepare and deliver presentations to internal committees and stakeholders;Ensure proper documentation and data storage for future reference;Promote teamwork and compliance with company policies and procedures.ProfileDegree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering;Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, good knowledge of Autocad and Revit.Fluent in English (written and spoken), italian nativeStrong problem-solving, organizational and communication skillsResults-oriented and able to lead cross-functional teams effectivelyFlexible and collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to teamwork within the PDS environment.Location: MilanINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”#J-18808-Ljbffr
