You'll work closely with the CEO and sales team to establish TextYess as the go‑to brand for AI‑powered eCommerce. This is a high‑impact role where your ability to communicate, create compelling content, and manage marketing initiatives will directly shape our market presence and growth trajectory.Build brand awareness : position TextYess as the leading voice in conversational commerceGenerate inbound leads : grow monthly inbound demos through content, social, and SEO/GEOOwn our digital presence : take full ownership of our website, social media, and content strategyWhat you'll work onOwn TextYess’s brand and content strategyacross all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, SEO, PR).Manage and optimise textyess.com , including branding, visuals, product storytelling, and conversion performance.Plan and execute SEO/GEO strategy : keyword research, editorial calendar, onsite optimisation, and link‑building.Develop lead magnets and marketing assetsto drive awareness and conversions.Coordinate paid acquisition effortswith external partners (Google & Meta), defining creative needs and reviewing performance.Build PR and influencer relationshipsto amplify brand visibility.Work cross‑functionallywith the CEO and Sales to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.About you2‑5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in VC‑backed startups (fast‑growth environments)Strong focus on brand/content marketing over performance marketing – you know how to communicate exceptionally well across channelsExperience growing brand awareness and generating inbound leads in B2B SaaSGood understanding of SEO/GEO, content strategy, and social media managementAbility to work cross‑functionally and manage external agencies/freelancersComfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment with high ownership and autonomyWhat we expect Within daysUnderstand our product, customers, and brand voice inside outAlign with the CEO and sales team on priorities and quick winsWithin weeksTake ownership of social media channels and start publishing consistent contentImplement website improvements for branding, messaging, and conversion optimisationLaunch first initiatives to generate inbound leads (e.g., lead magnets, webinar)Within monthsConsistently generate monthly inbound demos through content, SEO, and social presenceEstablish TextYess as a recognised brand in conversational commerceWhat we offerSalary : The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €45K to €55K.Stock Options : You'll receive a highly incentivising stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards.
