Sarai responsabile della definizione e implementazione di strategie di evoluzione digitale, integrando consulenza, tecnologia e delivery operativa.Responsabilità principaliProgettare e guidare programmi di trasformazione ingegneristica, anticipando i trend di mercato e promuovendo la crescita dei talenti nei team multidisciplinari.Operare in settori strategici: Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Goods, Fashion & Retail.Integrare competenze PLM e System Engineering in progetti di consulenza e delivery, sfruttando trend come Configure to Order, automazione, AI, GenAI, augmented/creative engineering, Digital Twin, Digital Thread, Model-Based Engineering.Collaborare con partner tecnologici e vendor, valorizzando il network professionale.Guidare e sviluppare il team Accenture dedicato, garantendo l’execution della visione strategica a 3‑5 anni e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business.Cosa cerchiamoEsperienza in aziende di prodotto e/o società di consulenza, con approccio orientato ai servizi complessi.Solida conoscenza dei processi di ingegneria e delle metodologie di implementazione, inclusi PLM.Visione strategica sull’evoluzione della funzione ingegneristica nei prossimi 10 anni, con forte orientamento alla consulenza e all’execution.Leadership riconosciuta da clienti, mercato ed ecosistema, con comprovata capacità di guidare team ad alte performance.Il livello di seniority sarà valutato e definito durante il processo di selezione, al fine di garantire il miglior match tra talento e opportunità.Non hai tutte le qualifiche richieste ma sei motivat* a crescere in questo ruolo?
