We are seeking an Independent Recruiter fromItaly to work on a freelance, milestone-based engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters fluent in both Italian and English to collaborate with our team and help uncover top local talent for various projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard freelance Linguistic Experts (translators, interpreters, localization specialists). Source STEM Experts (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics professionals). Identify Other Subject Matter Experts as per project needs (e.g., education, healthcare, business, law, finance, etc.). Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals. Pre-screen candidates for skills, experience, and suitability for specific project requirements. Communicate regularly with our team regarding project milestones and candidate progress. Requirements Residency in Italy and strong understanding of the local talent market. Fluency in Italian and English , both spoken and written. Recruitment experience in technical, linguistic, or specialist fields is preferred. Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines. Milestone-Based Engagement Model
