Commodity Manager/Buyer

Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 monthsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience in procurement or commodity managementShow a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply ChainEnglish and Italian fluent, both in writing and speakingExcellent communication and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsPositive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunityStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations dailyNegotiation expertiseAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programsAvailability to travelWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
