Responsabilità Lead project workstreams and coordinate junior team members
Analyze market dynamics and industry trends to identify opportunities
Develop growth and transformation strategies and support implementation
Support Private Equity clients across deal cycles, including Commercial Due Diligence and value creation
Deliver client-ready analyses and high-quality deliverables with clear storytelling
Contribute to proposals, business development, and cross-project collaboration across industries
Requisiti fondamentali 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting or similar
Experience leading workstreams and managing analyses under tight timelines
Experience with corporate clients on growth, portfolio strategy, transformation, cost optimization, and/or PE due diligence
Knowledge of Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to identify opportunities
Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
Ability to communicate with executives and collaborate across teams
Full professional proficiency in English
