The SNA (System&Network Administrator) is the first level support for the User Ground Segment end‑user systems. He/She executes all activities related to system administration of the UGS (User Ground Segment) executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. He/She shall work in an integrated team following H12 5/7 and H8 weekend, work shift c/o Aeroporto di Pratica di Mare. Responsibilities Technical supervision of mission systems (HW/SW) Technical (HW/SW) anomalies management: investigation and analysis of anomalies Corrective and preventive maintenance management: routine and scheduled audits of all systems System administration policy UGS internal network and front‑end network administration: monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance Definition and maintenance of workarounds and troubleshooting procedures Qualifications At least 2 years of experience Good knowledge of Linux operating systems Knowledge of Windows operating systems Experience with IT/ground segment technologies: relational databases, virtualization, networking, etc. English knowledge B2‑C1 level Knowledge of networking, network protocols and related issues Basic knowledge of ICT security elements Qualities Team player, open and keen to contribute Conscientious, hard working Execution effectiveness and continuity What We Offer A stimulating and dynamic working environment with flexible working hours Hybrid working (onsite and off‑site) Meal voucher, company canteen and employee welfare programs Free access to online learning platform with courses from top universities Opportunities for international experiences At Telespazio, the well-being, safety, and development of our people are at the heart of our corporate culture.
