Company Description The Ansaldo Energia Group is one of the world's leading power generation companies. Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030. Position The Supplier Quality Inspector (flange-to-flange) verifies compliance with the technical and quality requirements demanded by the Company from its external suppliers. To this end, he/she carries out control, evaluation and analysis activities on the products and production processes of suppliers with reference to Ansaldo Energia's proprietary specifications and international regulations. The main responsibilities are as follows: Verifying the correct execution (and possible repetition) of contractually required checks, including analysis of results, documentation control and management of any non-conformities; Supporting the technical management of process-product qualifications at suppliers (i.e. technical assessment of a supplier's ability to produce a specific product and management of the qualification phases); Managing non-conformities for which suppliers are responsible and following up on any resulting improvement and/or risk mitigation actions. Requirements Willingness to travel frequently for short periods in Italy and abroad; Experience and certification in Non-Destructive Testing; Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively both internally (e.g. Engineering, Logistics, Workshop) and externally (Suppliers) within the Company; Basic knowledge of English; Knowledge of technical drawing and familiarity with international regulations; Knowledge of SAP and/or Teamcenter is a possible added value.
