Alfaparf Milano is the leading Italian beauty company in the world within the professional channel.Known for innovation, quality, and a passion for excellence, the company creates high‑end products for the haircare and skincare sectors, always placing sustainability and our customers’ well‑being at the center.With talented expert teams and a culture focused on growth, Alfaparf Milano is committed to transforming beauty and upholding the values of our brand.Product Manager Haircare The main responsibility of the role is to support their manager and the team in all activities involved in bringing a product to market — from concept to sales.The resource will be part of theGlobal Strategic Marketing Departmentand will be responsible for:Contributing to the definition of the marketing plan by assessing market potential, segmenting the current market, and analyzing new business opportunitiesRegularly interacting with the French local country functions, contributing to strategic alignment and the adaptation of global initiatives at the local levelProduct developmentResearching new trends and proposing innovative ideas supporting the development of new projects (product lines, products, and services) through all marketing mix leversManaging marketing activities (pricing strategies, distribution channels, communication, and promotions)Managing the investment budget in support of the marketing planLiaising daily with graphic and communication agencies for the creation of all supporting materialsManaging the product catalog (analysis, sales, stock profitability)Presenting projects to sales forces/key customersInterfacing with various company departmentsRequisitiDegree in Economics (Marketing) or in Scientific disciplines (Cosmetology, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, etc.)2–3 years of experience in product development within the Beauty sector (preferably in Professional Hair Care)Understanding of the product’s specific characteristics in terms of formulation, packaging, and productionAvailability to travelGood knowledge of English and French; Spanish is a plusExcellent command of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Flexibility, precision, organization, and speed of executionPassion for the Beauty industryProblem‑solving attitudeCreativityAltre Informazioni Work location:Osio Sotto (Bergamo)We offer a stimulating and constantly evolving work environment where you can express creativity and innovation, as well as opportunities for growth and continuous training within a rapidly expanding company.If you are ready to become part of our team and contribute to the success ofALFAPARF MILANO , send us your application todayThe selection process is conducted in compliance with equal opportunities between women and men, as established by Laws 903/77 and 125/91.
