We’re looking for ahigh-energy, results-driven Sales Managerwith atechnical or engineering backgroundto lead our commercial pipeline and unlock new opportunities through strategic outreach and deep industry expertise.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting market potential, and delivering measurable business value.What You’ll Do Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high ROI potential. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with technical capabilities. Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition. Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement. Support production scale-up by aligning commercial efforts with operational capacity. Represent Tsubaki Nakashima at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Travel required: 40%+ , primarily across Europe to meet customers, attend events, and support business development.What You Bring Minimum3+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments. Minimum3+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding , with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes. Technical or engineering background— ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales pipelines. Fluent inItalianandEnglish— essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
