The selected professional will join a highly international, dynamic and fast-growing environment, playing a key role in steering the commercial strategy and directly contributing to the brand's global expansion.Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial strategy across international and domestic markets, with a strong focus on maximizing results and elevating brand valueDevelop strategic partnerships, corporate agreements and long-term relationships with major global key accountsDefine and implement sales plans and revenue management strategies, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing performanceAccelerate brand growth across the luxury, HNWI, experiential travel, top-tier leisure and premium corporate segmentsCoordinate and inspire the Sales team, fostering an approach centered on excellence, quality and alignment with the corporate visionMonitor KPIs, market trends and the competitive landscape, providing strategic insights to senior leadershipRepresent the brand at events, trade fairs, high-profile networking activities and global business development initiativesIdeal Profile Solid background in luxury hospitality or in comparable high‑end environments, preferably within structured international organizationsSignificant experience leading Sales teams and driving commercial strategies in global marketsStrong ability to build high‑value relationships with senior stakeholders and operate confidently in premium, multicultural contextsResults‑oriented mindset, outstanding negotiation skills and an analytical, strategic approachFluent in English; additional languages are considered a plusAvailability for international travel and global business development activitiesProactive mindset, strategic vision and natural problem‑solving capabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
