We're seekinga visionary HR Business Partnerto join our team in Northern Italy, directly reporting to the PPG Italy HR Country Coordinator.Your Mission As our HR Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind our people strategy, influencing the success of approximately 400 employees across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. You'll navigate diverse situations, turning them into opportunities for growth and innovation.What You'll DoTranslate the business/functional and corporate strategies into the local HR agenda, enabled by data and analytics.Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, using data to develop talent, total rewards, engagement, performance, culture and capability building to local business outcomes.Deliver short- and long-term sustainable business/function performance through strategic capability building.Ensure execution of HR strategy, challenging to balance local business and program needs, while understanding and advocating the Company approach.Collaborate with regional/local leaders to improve and execute standard processes (e.g., talent, rewards, engagement, and succession and development).Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness, accountability and customize actions where needed.Optimize the workforce through resource planning, productivity analysis, structure, operational and deployment of resources.Support to ER/LR on critical negotiations with unions/works councils.Directly manage local, non-complex issue resolution (including employee relations, time and attendance, compensation, disciplinary procedures etc.) and policy adherence, applying standard global, regional and local practices and guidelines.Who You AreA forward-thinking HR professional with a positive, entrepreneurial mindsetSolution-driven, with a knack for finding opportunities within challengesFluent in English and well-versed in Italian employment legislationExperienced in the industrial sector, preferably within multinational environmentsA master of interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizationComfortable navigating complex situations and collaborating with global teamsThe role is a replacement, for a 1 year fixed-term contract.The Adventure Awaits This role offers the excitement of multi-site management across Northern Italy, with about 60% travel time(1).
