Definire e implementare standard per i processi produttivi e di supporto, assicurando l'allineamento con gli obiettivi aziendali globali. Identificare ed eliminare le attività a non valore aggiunto (sprechi), ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro e ridurre le inefficienze operative. Guidare progetti di miglioramento interfunzionali, assicurando che i risultati rispettino i target di costi, qualità e performance. Implementazione della filosofia Lean nella cultura aziendale. Facilitare sessioni di formazione, workshop e attività di sviluppo del team. Riportare le performance e gli aggiornamenti dei progetti alla leadership senior e agli stakeholder esterni.Requisiti Richiesti: Il possesso di una Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia Industriale. Consolidata esperienza in ambito manufacturing/operations. Esperienza comprovata nell'implementazione o ottimizzazione di sistemi produttivi. Conoscenza a livello esperto delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing e Lean Office.
