Posizione We are looking for a motivated Industrial Controller Intern to join our Manufacturing Finance team. Location is Pescara plant (700 employees), but the role gives exposure to all manufacturing sites. This is a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and have fun while contributing to the success of our operations. What You’ll Do: •Lead cost forecasting process, support productivity planning, and run short-, medium-, and analyze trends, identify variances versus targets, and define actions to achieve operational and financial objectives •Collaborate closely with leaders across Finance and Supply Chain, acting as a true business partner in cost optimization and efficiency improvement •Gain exposure to key areas such as Capex and inventory governance, industrial cost control (SAP CO), and performance reporting to Senior Leadership •Continuously develop your skills in financial controlling, industrial operations, and data analysis Requisiti Who You Are / Requirements: •Master’s degree or final-year student in Administration, Finance & Control, Finance, or Economics with a strong interest in finance •Proficient in Excel and comfortable using digital tools for data analysis •Strong command of English (both written and spoken) •Available to start a 6-month internship between January and February •Curious, proactive, and eager to take on challenges •Team-oriented and ready to learn while contributing to a collaborative and fun environment Altre informazioni Why join Fater • A stimulating and dynamic environment where your ideas can become reality • Strong focus on technological and sustainable innovation • Professional growth opportunities and tailored training paths • A company culture that values people and promotes well-being With a view to maximum inclusivity and merit-based equality, the job posting is open to applications from individuals belonging to protected or disadvantaged categories (Law 68/99).
